Manifold Capital (formerly, ACA Capital Holdings) operates through three strategic business units: two insurance lines of business; structured credit and municipal finance, and a CDO asset management business. Manifold Capital completed an initial public offering in 2006. Manifold completed a restructuring in 2008, in which certain insured parties exchanged the insurance subsidiary with the cancellation of significant policy claims.
