This website includes information on all 60 investments which are part of the track record of Irving Place Capital (“IPC”).  The website provides further details on each portfolio company, excluding the 12 co-investments in which IPC did not play a lead or co-lead role. Each portfolio company case study included on this website represents the largest, fully realized core vertical investment as of December 31, 2013.

Senior Advisors and Functional Specialists are consultants and related fees or expenses may be charged to the funds or portfolio companies. Some Senior Advisor consultants are not exclusive to Irving Place Capital. Additionally, Paul Lehman is engaged in unrelated investment activities in connection with his own firm.

For clarity and consistency’s sake, this website refers to BSMB as IPC when discussing such pre-spin matters.
