Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) was formed by Irving Place Capital for the purpose of acquiring businesses in the specialty printing and packaging industry. Since December 2004, MPS has made six acquisitions. The Company and its subsidiaries manufacture specialty print-based packaging products for the pharmaceutical, multi-media, and value-added consumer markets. MPS' product offerings include folding cartons, labels, inserts/outserts, security tags, blister cards, amaray and jewel case slip sheets, instruction manuals, pixie tags, brochures and a wide variety of other packaging solutions.
