“I am thrilled to be part of Irving Place Capital,” commented Mr. Boneparth. “The firm has a successful history of partnering with management teams and corporations to build brands, identify and integrate acquisitions, and execute other strategic and operational initiatives in retail and apparel. I look forward to using my knowledge and experience in those sectors to contribute to the firm’s efforts.”

“Peter brings deep experience and a strong track record of building companies in the retail and apparel industries,” said Rick Perkal, a Senior Managing Director of Irving Place Capital. “I am confident that he will be a valuable addition to our team.”
